Truley Companion is an enterprise AI assistant from truley.AI that unifies Microsoft Teams meetings, Microsoft 365 documents, and internal enterprise knowledge. It provides real-time transcription and translation, AI summaries and action items, and knowledge Q&A with traceable sources. It is available in both cloud and on-premises deployments, turning scattered information into searchable, traceable work context.

Truley Companion is built for Microsoft Teams and requires an active Microsoft Teams subscription. There are two ways to deploy it: subscribe through the Microsoft Marketplace, or have an administrator upload it in the Teams Admin Center. Installation requires access to the Teams Admin Center and Global Admin permissions. Once deployed, teams record meetings, generate summaries, and search enterprise knowledge inside their existing Teams environment, without changing how they already work.

Yes. Truley Companion can be deployed inside your own environment, keeping knowledge retrieval, AI inference, and access control within your infrastructure. With on-premises deployment, data and inference never leave your enterprise environment. On-premises and cloud work exactly the same way in daily use—your team still works inside Microsoft Teams, and the only difference is where data is stored and AI inference runs, so moving to on-premises does not change existing workflows or require retraining users. On-premises deployment starts at NT$ 500K and scales with users, data volume, and rollout scope.

For access, Truley Companion is permission-aware—it inherits your existing access rights, so knowledge retrieval and AI answers stay within what each user is already authorized to see. Employees cannot reach content through AI that they could not access directly.

Yes. Truley Companion supports multilingual recognition, capturing multi-speaker, multi-language conversations with real-time transcripts and translation displayed side by side. It also provides speaker identification and correction of enterprise-specific terminology, so internal product names, project codes, and technical terms are transcribed correctly. The product and its documentation are available in both Traditional Chinese and English.

Truley Companion parses PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JPG, and PNG, and understands text, tables, images, and scanned content, preserving document structure as it converts them into searchable enterprise knowledge. Answers are traceable: when the AI retrieves an answer from your enterprise knowledge, it keeps the cited source and original reference so users can verify it.

Cloud plans are billed per seat in USD: the Grow plan is $20 per seat per month and the Standard plan is $40 per seat per month, with up to 15% off on annual billing; a Customization plan is also available.
